What To Expect

Before the procedure, you will discuss your sedation and/or anesthetic options with a member of our team. We want you to feel at ease and relaxed while you are at our office. Depending on which sedation was used, you may need to have a responsible adult escort you home after your appointment. Your mouth may feel sensitive or swollen, but these symptoms are minor and can be treated with over-the-counter pain relievers. We ask that you arrange for a checkup six months after your root canal. We will check to determine if the infection has been controlled and that your mouth has healed.
